This problem is likely due to the configuration of your server or mail client (Outlook Express, Lotus Notes etc). In most cases, the following steps will resolve this problem:
- Find the html attachment sent with your GymGlish e-mail (called 'html-version.html').
- Open it and complete your lesson in the window which automatically appears.
